Compensation:

$110 - $150 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct physical assessments and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment as needed for optimal results.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices and new developments in physical therapy to provide quality care.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards in the delivery of physical therapy services.
Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
  • Proficient in assessing and treating patients with diverse conditions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a home health setting.
