Job Summary:
As an Event Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our event planning team. You will assist with various aspects of event coordination, from initial planning stages to the day-of-event execution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in event planning and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.




Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including corporate functions, weddings, parties, and conferences.
  • Support the event team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing event calendars, and organizing event materials.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and attendees to ensure event details are accurately conveyed.
  • Monitor event timelines and ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly and on schedule.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
  • Assist in post-event activities, including cleanup, feedback collection, and inventory management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the event team.



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in event planning, customer service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for events.
