Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Reports To: Property Manager

Property Details: Seymour Lofts is a 50-unit multifamily tax credit development with FREE Wi-Fi, 24/7 Fitness Studio, Playground, and Community Garden.

Essential Duties:

  • Perform general punch requirements
  • Basic service requests such as: Garbage disposal installation/repair, Basic water heater repair, Basic cleaning and resident services
  • Repairing plumbing, appliance, electrical, and carpentry
  • Must possess good communication skills to deliver excellent customer service
Requirements:

Essential Qualifications

  • Position requires 2 years of experience in Property Maintenance or equivalent
  • EPA and HVAC Certifications preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and pass a criminal background check
  • On-call duty and weekend work schedules to be expected to emergency maintenance service
  • Must be comfortable using a computer and a smartphone.
