- Responsible for processing Players Club applications and entering information into computer in a courteous, accurate and timely manner.
- Responsible for orientating customers to Players Club rules, policies, promotions and special events.
- Responsible for greeting and providing excellent customer service to all customers and casino personnel.
- Responsible for properly checking in and out all inventory as well as notifying Promotions Assistant when supply is getting low.
- Responsible for keeping entire Player's Club area clean and orderly.
- Responsible for keeping casino assets, coupons, and systems secure and logging them in chronological order.
- Responsible for putting up and taking down backlit and slot toppers according to current promotions.
- Responsible for all ticket sales.
- Assists in preparing direct mail campaigns.
- Responsible for recruiting and enrolling customers into players club and other promotional events.
- Participates in required trainings and meetings.
- Responsible for keeping updated on promotional events.
- Responsible for adhering to department procedures and casino policies and procedures.
