Key Responsibilities:
- First Point of Contact: Serve as the welcoming face and friendly voice for all residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and guests of the community.
- Leasing Duties: Meet with prospective residents, conduct property tours, process lease applications, and ensure maximum occupancy at all times.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing residents' needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle basic office tasks such as typing, filing, scanning, faxing, and answering telephones.
- Marketing & Leasing Plans: Contribute ideas and suggestions for effective marketing and leasing strategies, and implement those plans in accordance with Section 42 Guidelines, The Fair Housing Act, and RichSmith Policies and Procedures.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate paperwork for current and prospective tenants.
- Coordination: Manage move-ins and move-outs, lease negotiations, renewals, and apartment showings.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 year of leasing experience is a plus. Tax Credit experience is a significant advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Customer Service: A strong focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Office Proficiency: Ability to handle all basic office tasks efficiently.
- Multi-tasking: Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy environment.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
