Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Provide in-depth consultations in clients' homes, understanding their needs and recommending products that best fit their requirements.
  • Sales and Design Proposals: Skillfully design and propose solutions that integrate our windows and siding products, enhancing the aesthetic and functionality of client homes.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with clients from the initial interaction through the completion of their projects, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Market Awareness: Maintain knowledge of the latest industry trends and local market dynamics to effectively address client concerns and position our products competitively.
  • Business Development: Develop relationships with country clubs, realtors, and other local entities to expand our customer base and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven Sales Experience: Strong background in sales, particularly in windows and siding, with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and team members.
  • Design Acumen: Keen eye for design and detail, able to advise clients on product selections and configurations.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to travel within Eagle County regularly and handle the physical demands of field work.
  • Motivated and Independent: Ability to work independently in the field, driven by achieving sales goals and client satisfaction.
