Full Job Description

As a Technician with Main Sail Pest Control, you will:

• Make service calls to residential/commercial clients applying different methods and treatments as outlined in account orders. 
• Drive a company vehicle to client’s home or business.
• Have excellent communication skills with customers and our office staff. 
• Be a problem solver for your customer by recommending the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each customer's needs.
• Contact clients to confirm scheduled services and respond in a timely manner to clients’ requests or services calls.
• Complete required documents and forms at end of daily routes.
• Keep vehicle and equipment in clean and proper condition.
• Assist in sales to current customers and referrals.
• Complete other assigned duties.
  
  

We provide the necessary experience to help you obtain state licensing and certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 15-20 per hour plus sales commission

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Strong social skills and work ethic
• Physically fit to work outside
• Pass a background check
• Proficient using a smartphone or tablet
• Prior pest control experience is highly preferred, but not required. If you are hired you will be paid during training and you will be provided all of the necessary tools, and company vehicle
• Demonstrated ability to work independently

• Wildomar, Lake Elsinore, Murrieta, Hemet, Temecula, Menifee
