We are looking for a Sales Representative to serve within the city of Tomah, WI and some areas within a 40 mile radius. This person is responsible for developing new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers. We are locally owned, family-run Culligan branch. Specific Job Duties

Follow up on leads
Follow up on self-generated leads
Follow ethical procedures related to in-home sales presentations
Provide a daily schedule of self-generated lead activity to the sales manager
Maintain current customer relationships as well as build new ones
Follow-up on company-generated leads
Cold-call potential new customers - both homes & businesses
Job Requirements

Prior outside sales experience with a successful record of closing, be a self-starter with initiative and intuition, and be able to produce self-generated sales each month. Must be able to fit into our current company culture. Must be able to meet or exceed goals put in place. We value creative thinking, new ideas, and excitement in the opportunity to provide better water to everyone you meet.

Specific Job Requirements

3+ years sales experience preferred but not required
Valid drivers license and car insurance - must be insurable and be able to provide MVR at time of interview
Basic computer knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Social Media awareness / desire to learn
Skill and ability to work well with customers
Strong oral and written communication
Great presentation skills
Exceptional work ethic
A driven self-starter
A high degree of honesty and integrity
Professional appearance and demeanor
Creative mindset - think outside of the box

Monday - Friday
Evenings as needed
Possibly some weekends as needed for events
