Position Overview: As a Team Member at Eximius Associates, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations, ensuring our events run smoothly, and providing exceptional service to our clients and guests. The ideal candidate will be versatile, proactive, and a strong team player, ready to take on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring all details meet company standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and seamless service delivery.
  • Handle various tasks such as food and beverage service, seating arrangements, and guest assistance as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all areas, including event spaces, workstations, and storage areas.
  • Support inventory management by restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and reporting any shortages.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and event coordination.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and professional environment.
  • Be adaptable to take on different roles as required, from greeting guests to assisting with technical setups.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event support is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or training in hospitality or event management are an advantage.
