Residential Direct Support Supervisor

- Shifts are 1:00pm to 11:00pm.
- Four day work weeks.
- One weekend day off per week, and one full weekend off per rotation.
- Full 8-Week Rotating Schedule will be sent prior to screening.
What we do:
We collaborate with communities in a Systems of Care approach to ensure successful transition into residential treatment, through intervention, and back into the community.
We assess strengths and executive functioning to develop treatment goals for youth and families.
Who We Serve:
We serve males, females, and gender-diverse youth ages 11-17 at time of admission, who are in the custody of their parent/guardian, the Department of Social Services, or the Department of Juvenile Justice, and have a minimum IQ of 65 (evaluated on a case-by-case basis).

- Mood and anxiety disorders
- Emotional, social, and behavioral challenges
- Autism and other neurological differences
- Problem sexual behaviors
- What we are looking for:
- Treatment Specialists to provide supervision of a team of support coaches, and daily therapeutic care, programming, and crisis intervention for residents. Participate as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team in the therapeutic residential program,,and use Collaborative Problem-Solving techniques to help clients with challenging behaviors and to build helping relationships.
What you will need:
Master’s degree plus 2 years’ related experience required. Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of 5 years’ related experience may substitute for Master’s degree. Must be proficient in use of personal computer and Microsoft Office products. Must be able to effectively use agency technology and software programs in required functional areas.
