Job DescriptionJob Description

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring the progress of clients, primarily children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including functional analyses.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians/RBTs in the implementation of behavioral interventions.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress towards goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.
  • Contribute to the research and development of new behavioral strategies and interventions.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of current evidence-based practices in the field of behavior analysis.
