Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the BI team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and professional development.
  • Develop and implement BI strategies that align with the organization's business objectives and priorities.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  • Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to gather requirements, identify data needs, and translate them into effective BI solutions.
  • Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of BI reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Implement and maintain best practices for data management, data governance, and data quality to ensure the effectiveness and security of BI solutions.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of BI tools and solutions, making enhancements as needed to meet evolving business requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in BI tools and software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data visualization techniques.
  • Strong experience with data management, data warehousing, and data governance best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead BI projects and teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to turn data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources related to BI initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
