Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service
- Exhibit our core values in all interactions with guests and team members
- Meet or exceed applicable collision center metrics each month
- Assist with paint preparations for Collision Technicians
- Assist with vehicle inventory in Collision Center
- Assist Collision Technician and admin with necessary paperwork
- Other duties to be determined by Collision Center Manager
- Follow all O.S.H.A. and Dealer safety guidelines
- Partner with additional departments as applicable to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain company-provided tools and additional equipment
Job Requirements:
- Have obtained or obtaining High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Maintain a clean driving record & valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment efficiently
- Ability to follow processes and take direction
- Must be able to work in a non air-conditioned environment
