JOB TITLE:            Pairing Specialist  

REPORTS TO:       Director of Care Team 

Supports:            The Pairing process for our DSPs and Clients 

Salary:             $52,000

NATURE AND SCOPE OF JOB: 

The Pairing Specialist will pair DSPs with a family/client.They will assist in scheduling all meets and greets and notify the Meet and Greet Specialist and/or DSP Advisor.  

RESPONSABILITIES:  

  • Work on pairing DSPs with Families/Clients  
  • Maintain Open Tracker  
  • Maintain additional hours tracker. 
  • Work with Family Service Representatives and DSP Advisors
  • Pair DSPs seeking additional hours or needing re-paired 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • 1 year in-office experience.  
  • Pass Federal Background check.  
  • Calm and patient demeaner when applicable 
  • Demonstrated ability to coach others. 
  • Well spoken. 
  • Good Writing skills 
  • Excellent administrative skills both written and verbal. 

JOB FUNCTIONS: 

  • Always conduct themselves in a professional manner  
  • Promote highest level of respect and kindness to our DSPs & clients/families 
  • Review client ISPs, RIT, and other support documents as needed 
  • Monitor and respond to all communications in a timely manner 
  • Understand internal processes for all departments 
  • Work with family and Care coordinators to support DSPs 
  • Work collaboratively with their team and brainstorm solutions 
  • Produce/Submit telecommute report when applicable 
  • Bring any escalated issues to supervisor before making decisions that would be outside our standard operating procedures. 
  • Attend company functions and greet customers 
  • Abide by HIPAA rules and regulations 
  • Keep and maintain portal communication 
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined by DSPC executive team
