Position Overview:
As the Reimbursement Manager, you'll oversee intake and reimbursement operations within our department, ensuring smooth processes, optimal productivity, and exceptional financial results. Are you ready to lead a talented team and develop innovative strategies to achieve our goals?

Strategic Management:
Are you excited about leading and managing intake and reimbursement teams on a day-to-day basis? In this role, you'll monitor key performance indicators to enhance service levels, optimize cash flow, and minimize bad debt. Are you prepared to implement strategic plans to ensure success within our stated objectives?

Financial Oversight:
Are you experienced in financial audits and reporting? As the Reimbursement Manager, you'll oversee quarterly and annual financial audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Are you ready to complete projects and reports in a timely fashion to support the direction of our Reimbursement Director?

Process Improvement and Innovation:
Do you thrive on identifying opportunities for improvement and leveraging technology? You'll design and implement processes to maximize accounts receivable collection and enhance revenue cycle effectiveness. Are you prepared to explore innovative solutions that improve patient, operational, and colleague experiences?

Collaborative Engagement:
Are you skilled at building constructive relationships with stakeholders? In this role, you'll foster positive working relationships with payers, branches, and departments to resolve issues and achieve common goals. Are you ready to build employee morale and foster a supportive team environment?

Compliance and Confidentiality:
Are you knowledgeable about industry standards and regulations? You'll maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to SOX and HIPAA guidelines. Are you committed to upholding the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality?

Qualifications:
Are you ready to join us? To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field OR 7 years of management-level experience in healthcare.
  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare management experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and web-enabled applications strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance billing requirements preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to maintain open lines of communication.
