Overview:


This position will be a critical role responsible to implement CPFR methodology and process in all subsidiaries (Mexico & Canada first, then rest of Latin countries) in Hisense Americas region. By working with each subsidiary (Mexico & Canada first, then rest of Latin countries), the primary focus of this position will be building up CPFR team, developing the CPFR process and running CPFR to improve sell in forecast accuracy.


Responsibilities:


  1. Understand the customers portfolio and forecast process of major retailers, work with Mexico/Canada (HR, Sales, BP & Supply Chain) on CPFR team building plan.
  2. Work with HR/Supply Chain (Mexico/Canada) to hire right people based on CPFR team plan.
  3. Understand the current forecast process of Mexico/Canada, develop the CPFR work process with internal stakeholders (sales, BP & supply Chain) and major retailers.
  4. Guide CPFR team to implement CPFR process including but not limited to:
  • Work actively with sales team and customers’ supply chain on collaborative planning, forecast and replenishment process (CPFR) to align customer sales projections with our production forecasts.
  • Work with sales team, Product team and supply chain to ensure incoming supply meets the customer’s needs and Hisense commitment to the customer.
  • Pull and format sales reports from customer data base to confirm that Hisense is positioned correctly in the stores and that we are tracking sales for growth.
  • Track sell-in and sell-thru performance against joint business goals.  Communicate weekly sales performance updates and outlooks both internally and to the customer.
  • Monitor channel inventory and turnover on a weekly basis, escalate if there’s any potential shortage or overage.


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.


  • Strong analytical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills.


  • Minimum 5 years CPFR work experience (Desired: in CE/HA industry).
