**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
- Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional ethics

**Responsibilities:**
- Embrace intensive training to become proficient in implementing behavior intervention plans
- Demonstrate a deep commitment to supporting individuals in reaching their behavioral goals
- Engage with clients and families with empathy and understanding
- Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior to inform interventions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess needs and develop personalized treatment goals
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client confidentiality
