We're in search of an experienced commercial real estate agent (Senior Brokerage Partner - Market Leader) with a proven track record and an established book of business. If you're a self-starter looking for a platform that offers unparalleled tools and support, DTSpade is the place for you.

  • Advanced Training: Refine your skills with our unique training programs, including Ed Riggins coaching, Mike Lipsey videos, proprietary simulation training, and direct feedback call sessions.
  • Collaborative Opportunities: Partner with our Managing Broker on transactions and pitches.
  • Cutting-Edge Tools: Access to CoStar National, LoopNet, ArcGIS, Pipedrive, Matterport, and more.
  • Growth Potential: Achieve Senior Managing Partner status within 24 months.
  • Supportive Environment: Benefit from our organizational support, including our Marketing, Research, and Administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve personal commission goals through individual and team transactions.
  • Engage in proactive client prospecting via calls, emails, and meetings, ensuring accurate reporting in Pipedrive CRM.
  • Carve out an industry niche within our company verticals.
  • Broker deals for both personal and DTSpade accounts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 5-7 years as a commercial real estate broker/agent with a deep knowledge of the El Paso, TX market.
  • Licensing: Valid Salesperson license in Texas.
  • Expertise: Proven success as a Tenant/Buyer Rep and Landlord/Seller Rep.
  • Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the El Paso, TX market.
  • Network: Established industry contacts.
  • Passion: Genuine interest in finding your own industry and geographic niche. We're not just medical
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinker, and a champion for diversity and inclusion.
  • True entrepreneurial spirit with an out-going personality
  • Genuine interest in Healthcare, Service, and/or Private Equity fields
  • Experience managing commercial real estate leases, contracts, disclosures and transactions
