Your previous data entry experience will strengthen this fast-paced environment.Our client, who specializes in advertising, digital marketing, and public relations, is looking for a production billing specialist with excellent communication skills to add to their growing team. As the client biller,you will be working in a fast-paced environment, managing an influx of emails/requests.   • $17.50
  • Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00 pm
  • Hybrid work schedule
  • Tuition Reimbursement
Your new role as the client biller:
  • Responsible for accurate and timely client media billing
  • Maintain and update client billing schedules and profiles as well as the client master file
  • Review agency summary report to ensure timely client billing
  • Resolve any client billing discrepancies or issues
  • Request and review appropriate billing reports for accuracy as well as prepare client billing documentation
  • Assist with the media clearance process as it relates to client billing
Your experience as the client biller:
  • High school diploma
  • Billing/Office experience preferred
