We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA at Lively Behavioral Solutions, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA services, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with families and other professionals to support the growth and progress of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs, strengths, and areas of improvement
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and create behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians
  • Monitor and analyze data to evaluate client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and consistency of interventions
  • Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in the field of ABA
  • Uphold ethical standards and maintain professionalism in all aspects of the job
Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Minimum of one year of experience working as a BCBA
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
  • Experience in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Ability to effectively train and supervise behavior technicians
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
