Looking for an experienced Senior Architect to do design development and construction drawings for a high-end national residential firm. Looking for a creative, organized leader, self-motivated enthusiastic person that can complete design development drawings and complete construction drawings for sophisticated homes.

Must have 5+ years Revit experience. Looking for someone long term, self-motivated with plenty of opportunities to grow, paid vacations, retirement packages available, and possible partnership opportunities could be available for long term licensed architects. Salary is dependent upon experience. We are really looking for a leader who can handle a complete project on their own that can coordinate and communicate with consultants and clients.

Must be skilled leader with high level of technical knowledge of complicated residential construction details.

Responsibilities:
  • To provide design development drawings, construction drawings, structural analysis.
  • Attending client meetings, city meetings.
  • Experience in-AutoCAD and Revit
Requirements:
  • BA in Architecture required, MA in Architecture, preferred
  • 5+ years' experience in a residential architectural design field or a directly related field
  • 5+ years' experience in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Basic spreadsheet knowledge, Excel, Google Sheets, or similar
  • Familiarity with residential building codes and standards and building department processes
  • Friendly, likable personality works well with clients & colleagues
  • Experience managing staff and other architects/designers
  • Ability to oversee the project from preliminary designs through construction drawings
