Independence, United States The Arc Of The Ozarks Full time
Job DescriptionJob Description

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior support plans, skill-acquisition programming, and other behavioral interventions for consumers served by The Arc of the Ozarks.

The RBT will collect observational, A-B-C, and daily data under the direct supervision of one or more Board Certified Behavior Analyst(s) (BCBA) and in collaboration with the RBT Supervisor (if not a BCBA but approved by the BACB) applicable Director(s). The RBT will assist with intervention and implementation of therapeutic programming and assessments, such as functional analyses and/or functional behavior assessments. In addition, the RBT will model interventions outlined within behavior support plans, and provide feedback to other implementers/caregivers/parents under the supervision of the BCBA, RBT Supervisor, or applicable Director.
