Position Overview:

As a Senior Digital Print Equipment Technician, your job will be to maintain and optimize our state-of-the-art printing machinery, ensuring the highest quality output, and driving innovations in our production processes. You will be at the forefront of our mission to defy industry expectations and demonstrate that print is far from obsolete—it's evolving and thriving alongside digital advancements.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in print production, with a focus on digital printing.
  • In-depth knowledge of printing techniques, including prepress, color management, and finishing processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to printing equipment and processes.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the entire printing process.
  • Understanding of current printing trends and advancements in print technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the print production workflow, ensuring efficient operation and adherence to production schedules.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain our print equipment.
  • Optimize printing methods and processes to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to printing equipment, software, and color management.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry standards and trends in print production.
  • Monitor quality control measures to ensure accurate and consistent printing output.
  • Stay updated on advancements in printing technology and recommend improvements to enhance production efficiency and quality.
