Summary:
We are building our Restaurant Management Team for our family of brands and are currently searching for an energetic Kitchen Manager who will assist with running the daily operations of the Banditos Kitchen team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the highest quality standards in the Hospitality Industry
- Maintain profitability across Food, Liquor, Wine, Soft Beverage, Paper Products, and Labor in a high-volume, high-energy environment
- Manage overall operations under the guidance of the General Manager
- Lead team members in not only a professional way, but a personal way to develop a crew that maintains standards through accountability and action
- Maintain Banditos Mission Statement and Brand Pillars at all time
- Maintain standards of food excellence and safety
- Demonstrate the ability to grow in a company that will propel you to new feats in the Hospitality Industry
- Minimum 1 year of Kitchen Manager responsibilities
- Experience with high-volume sales with a minimum of 4 million dollars per year gross sales
- Ability to demonstrate cost control according to company standards
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience leading a Kitchen operation is mandatory
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Ability to delegate responsibilities when needed
- Prolonged periods of standing and moving around restaurant at a fast pace
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the restaurants facilities.
