The client is a premier, full-service energy engineering and consultancy firm actively serving more than 500 current commercial, industrial, and institutional customers comprising more than 3,000 individual utility meters.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Successful candidates will be responsible for developing a regional customer base and engaging in sales cycles to promote the company's offerings. Candidates must be able to engage at a high level within organizations and communicate with senior leaders to foster value for customers and ultimately close deals. Creativity, relationships, and a desire to engage with companies on a day-to-day basis are the secrets to success.

The candidate will be required to establish a market presence through exposure at tradeshows, customer events, and community outreach to drive awareness and customer base in the defined region. The company's corporate office in Exton, PA will support the Regional Sales Representative in the execution of all aspects of the desired activity. Ultimate success is defined by winning customers to engage with evolution and driving savings to the organization.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in Energy, Engineering, or Sustainability Sales is Strongly Preferred

  • Previous sales or account management experience

  • Experience with CRM and sales processes is a must

  • Ability to identify and qualify suitable clients

  • Strong communication skills and persuasiveness to freely converse with consumers

  • Motivation to meet individual sales goals and contribute to overall team goals

  • Genuine interest in creating a Sustainable Future, Energy and Engineering Efficiencies

  • Focus on continuous learning and a desire to be a thought leader

  • 4 Year College Degree

  • Self-motivated, Self-Starter, and the ability to execute exposure events in a defined region

  • Email, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel proficiency are a must
