Day Program DSP

Crossroads Services, Inc. provides a rewarding career for those interested in building meaningful relationships and taking care of others. The position primarily takes place in the day program location but can transition into the Residential location depending on the health or behavioral concerns.

Qualified candidate must work well in a group setting with other individuals that vary in physical and intellectual disabilities. You must be motivated, a creative problem solver, active, very energetic, caring, and be willing to adapt to an ever-changing environment. It requires learning how to properly implement a person-centered approach.

This position REQUIRES that you are prompt and arrive at 7:45am and are available until 3:45pm.

The Direct Support Professional position requires you to have your High School Diploma/GED, and a valid PA Driver's license. All applicants must be approved to be insured through Crossroads auto insurance policy prior to employment.

$100 bonus after the completion of 90 days of employment
$250 bonus after the completion of 6 months of employment
$500 bonus after the completion of 1 year of employment
$250 bonus for anyone referring another individual who remains employed for at least 6 months

Benefits include Medical, Vision, Dental, AFLAC, and 401(k) matching up to 5%
