Position Purpose: The Information Technology (IT) Manager will be a high-level experienced individual responsible for providing technology vision, leadership, and execution in the development and implementation of the organizations Information Technology (IT) program. This role leads the planning and implementation of IT infrastructure, security, and service delivery for a rapidly growing and dynamic healthcare organization. The IT Manager will be responsible for the management of all IT operations, systems, projects, and services across multiple sites across Orange County, including the organizations mobile services fleet, which utilizes remote access to the organizations systems. Develop and establish a structure that will ensure operating systems and network are fully functioning. Implement cyber security measures to reduce if not eliminate risks of breaches by running protocols for regular surveillance of potential threats to the information databases and systems of FTOC. Establish EHR software support, database administration and software support and/or development for FTOC.  Assist in performing due diligence when identifying new software solutions.  Ensures timely and regular updates, upgrades for licenses for FTOC users. Will be the subject matter expert on matters pertaining to systems and network requirements.


Core Duties and responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

  1. Oversee infrastructure, security and service delivery including service desk teams, providing oversight, leadership and guidance to establish an operation that aligns with the needs of the growing organization.
  2. Ensure IT data security, risk management, disaster recovery and business continuity processes are aligned to best practice.
  3. Lead strategic relationships between internal IT resources and external entities (vendors, partners, etc).
  4. Govern system changes utilizing change management methodologies or framework
  5. Translate highly complex IT concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences; influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches.
  6.  Proactively identifies opportunities, conduct analyses, needs assessments, cost/benefit assessments and broker other IT services.
  7. Develop a thriving team by monitoring, mentoring, directing, coaching and conducting performance reviews.
  8. Maintain knowledge of current/emerging technologies/products related to architectural solutions.
  9. Drives compliance with laws as well as IT security doctrines and best practices.
  10. Upholds Enterprise policy guidelines and recommend new/improved guidelines.
  11.  Reviews progress and evaluates results of all IT patches, upgrades, and changes.
  12. Work with executives to gain understanding of current business needs and priorities.
  13. Preserve assets, information security and control structures
  14. Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures



Requirement

·        10+ years of high-level IT Management in the healthcare industry  

·        Bachelor’s degree in computer science

·        Demonstrated experience in maintaining and developing internal and external customer relationships at the executive level.

·        Ability to manage and enhance risk management strategy, policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate organization exposure.
