Pay rate dependent on position, shift, certifications, and experience, ranging from $14.00 - 15.50/hr.

The role: as Dietary Aide at New Communities' assisted living community, Biddeford Estates, you will support seniors to live life fully through working as part of the dining team. You will be responsible for assisting the dining team to ensure each resident receives the appropriate meal, maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and food service areas, and understand residents’ individual service plans, as it relates to their dining needs.


Part-time, and flexible per diem/ relief positions available.

Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma/GED preferred, but not required
  • One year of experience in a food service setting and experience working with the elderly/disabled population is preferred
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers whose primary language is English
