Job Summary
The Installer is a professional, self-motivated team player with great interpersonal skills and values delivering excellence. The Sign Installer is also detail-oriented, works well on their own and in a fast-paced team environment, and is able to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Sign Installer is self-confident and is not afraid to show their professional ability, creative genius, and most importantly, have fun

Responsibilities
  • Sign & Graphic installation
  • Full-time availability (40+ hours/week); Overtime available
  • Consult/interface with customers
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of company trucks, tools, hardware and equipment.
  • Assist in maintaining company signage equipment
  • Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs
  • Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to become a better sign installation professional
  • Sign production, as needed
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in the signs & graphics industry
  • Hands-on ingenuity
  • Expertise in using all types of hand & shop tools
  • Experience with bucket truck and man lift operations
  • Vehicle wrap installation experience a PLUS
  • Knowledgeable of painting, welding, and sign making activities a PLUS
  • Certified installation professional (3M, Avery, etc.) also a BONUS
