Responsibilities:

Site Assessments and Analysis: Conduct site assessments, analyzing factors such as topography, existing vegetation, and soil conditions.

Project Planning and Design: Plan and design various projects including residential, commercial, and industrial developments. Develop concept plans that balance aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability with lot layout, master planning, detailed site design, site layout, and grading.

Collaboration with Team Members: Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members regularly ensuring that project deadlines are met and that designs align seamlessly with other aspects of the project.

Conceptual Thinking and Creativity: Demonstrate the ability to think conceptually and develop innovative design ideas independently.

Client-Based Deliverables: Produce client-based deliverables and solutions for each project through exceptional graphic and communication skills.

 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
  • Professional licensure is not required but is a plus.
  • Experience: 0-5 years of experience in landscape architecture or related industry.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Familiarity with civil engineering principles and site development processes.
  • Ability to think innovatively and develop unique design solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work well with clients and other team members.
