Our platform employs advanced AI algorithms to anticipate unsafe and toxic behaviors as well as relationship compatibility by analyzing personality traits, cognitive abilities, and psychological factors.


Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team and drive the development of our AI-based lifestyle platform. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions that improve the user experience and optimize product offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing, to uncover insights from data and develop models that enhance our platform's capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models with a strong focus on regression techniques to create and score predictive analytics, enhancing the personalization of user experiences and accurately predicting user preferences
  • Apply expertise of machine learning tools to innovate, analyze data, automate processes, and develop intelligent systems that meet business needs.
  • Develop insights and write code gained from large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform product development
  • Collaborate with engineers to implement data-driven solutions and integrate AI models into our platform.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate the impact of data-driven decisions.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize model performance to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Creativity, willingness to try new techniques, open minded to trying new things


Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on regression modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms and tools (e.g., Azure, Jira, and GitHub) a plus (similar tools are mandatory)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, start-up environment.
  • Passion for using data to create meaningful and personalized user experiences.
