We are looking for experienced cooks with 1+ year high volume, full service experience to work in our upbeat, fast paced and rewarding environment.There are opportunities for advancement to shift leader and management positions as we promote heavily from within. We need someone who can handle preparing food stations, cooking a high-volume of food, and ensuring that all food safety and storage regulations are followed.

Requirements:
1 year of prior work experience with griddles as well as food prep.
Prepare multiple orders in a safe and efficient manner.
Must have ability to use and properly clean a griddle, grinder and deep fryer.
The ability to work in a friendly and effective manner with other team member
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in the preparation of meals for the kitchen and dietary department
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Assist with catering events as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a culinary or food handling role is preferred
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food industry standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
