JD:
Responsibilities:
  • Set up and configure Tricentis Tosca and qTest tools as part of an administrative role.
  • Develop automation frameworks, integrate tools, and establish best practices.
  • Present solutions and progress updates to the customer during the initial two months.
  • Transition into the role of Automation Lead, responsible for leading a team of 5 offshore resources.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in automation testing.
  • Proven experience with Tricentis products (Tosca, qTest) including tool setup and administration.
  • Strong background in creating automation frameworks and integrating testing tools.
  • Experience working on SAP automation with Tosca.
  • Excellent leadership skills to manage and mentor offshore teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel weekly for client meetings (as needed).
