Accertify is growing, and we are looking to add a Payroll Manager to our global fraud-fighting team.

How will you make an impact in this role?
The individual in this role will utilize their expert-level knowledge in payroll administration, HRIS systems, and ADP implementation to spearhead and execute payroll processes for our global team. The successful candidate will have a deep-rooted understanding of payroll and finance and the ability to support a diverse and international workforce. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to lead an innovative global payroll operations team committed to accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of Accertify's ADP payroll system.
  • Oversee payroll for approximately 800 employees in various locations, including the USA, India, Spain, Mexico, and the UK.
  • Play a significant role in the implementation, optimization, and full operational rollout of payroll processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll regulations.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration between HR and Finance to achieve seamless payroll operations.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in payroll management and system implementations, with a preference for ADP expertise.
  • A deep understanding of HRIS and the integration of payroll systems.
  • Knowledgeable in international payroll processing and financial principles related to payroll.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
