Experience We're Seeking: 

  • Demonstrated experience in oil and gas sales, preferably in drilling fluids. 

  • Extensive experience in the selection, deployment, and management of drilling fluids during the entire lifecycle of oil and gas wells 

  • Proven track record of collaborating with drilling engineers and geologists to develop comprehensive fluid programs tailored to the specific geological formations encountered in each phase of well construction. 

  • Hands-on expertise in conducting fluid analysis and testing to ensure optimal performance and compatibility with downhole conditions, including high-pressure, high temperature environments. 

  • Ability to quickly adapt to new environments. 

  • Proficiency in providing technical support and training to rig personnel on fluid handling procedures, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance throughout the well lifecycle. 

  • Success in delivering value-added solutions and cost-saving initiatives to operators by optimizing fluid performance, reducing waste generation, and enhancing environmental stewardship throughout the well construction process. 

  • Strong time management skills and efficiency 

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability 

  • Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow 

  • Unwavering work ethic and passion for achieving goals 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute detailed territory plans to achieve sales goals and quotas 

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals 

  • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities to expand territory 

  • Provide outstanding after-sales support to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty 

  • Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their needs and preferences 

  • Adapt sales process as needed to meet changing market conditions 

  • Proactively monitor and refine sales strategies to maximize effectiveness
