A solid grasp of the local real estate market and the ability to build lasting client relationships are essential.

This position requires a current real estate license and experience.

Compensation:

$120,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Accompany clients on property visits, providing detailed explanations of building features, along with presenting financial and analytical data
  • Coordinate and attend all property inspections to support clients throughout the purchase/sale agreement process
  • Conduct property appraisals using local real estate market comparisons to determine fair market prices for clients
  • Respond promptly to customer calls, emails, and web inquiries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Foster relationships with businesses across various industries to identify and establish future growth opportunities


Qualifications:

  • Presently holding an active license in real estate
  • Demonstrate the capability to engage with diverse personalities
  • Self-reliant and motivated individual with an independent work ethic
  • Possess a keen understanding of marketing, sales, and advertising principles
  • Familiarity with industry practices and lease language within the real estate sector
