This full-time purchasing and project management position earns a competitive salary of 65k-80k per year.

DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time HVAC/R purchasing position typically works in the office Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with a possibility of flexing. We are also open to offering a hybrid work-from-home and work-from-office option after training has been completed.

This Procurement Specialist / Project Management role is essential to the overall operational success of our company as you help ensure our HVAC/R quotes are approved and processed more quickly, and hardware is shipped more efficiently. Your daily tasks involve working with branch teams to help manage their needs and expectations, and to fill customer orders accurately and efficiently. Additionally, you enjoy working with colleagues across multiple locations to provide resourceful product and vendor information. Further, your attention to detail allows you to review open orders and ensure delivery requirements while completing everything in a timely fashion.

On top of keeping everything running seamlessly, you enjoy maintaining positive relationships with clients and co-workers alike, and your personable demeanor shines through all that you do. You are future-focused and motivated, so you continually look for ways to improve initiative and work more efficiently. You also help push projects and tasks toward completion through effective prioritization, work planning, time management, and cross-functional collaboration.
