Celebrations Speech Group is hiring a full-time or part-time OT for an in-person assignment in Los Altos, CA. About Us
Celebrations Speech Group is a private practice and Non-Public Agency with decades of experience providing quality special education and therapy services to children with special needs in schools, homes, and clinics. Our dynamic environment is supportive, vibrant, and collaborative, giving you the tools to succeed and grow in your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct occupational therapy services and implement IEP treatment plans.
- Supervise a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) if needed.
- Document and store treatment plans and progress reports accurately.
- Update student progress reports biannually.
- Implement and document therapeutic interventions, providing feedback to the special education team and COTA on student progress.
- Collaborate with SPED teachers, specialists, and general education staff to support student needs.
- Attend training sessions as requested and perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Required: Current California Board of Occupational Therapy license.
- Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy with an active California OT license or pending eligibility.
- Strong ability to build rapport with staff and students.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
