The Ravn Rust software engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that software solutions meet the needs of customers and are delivered on time.


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team. You will also be asked to participate in setting architecture direction for development projects, mentor and assist junior team members and perform detailed code reviews.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Rust-based applications.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in the graphics pipeline.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of fundamental design patterns used in modern web applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • WGPU graphics API  / WebGPU graphics Library 
  • Understanding and experience with WebAssembly in Javascript
  • Strong knowledge of graphics and rendering technologies (OpenGL, Vulkan, DirectX, etc.) 


Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of cross-platform development and mobile graphics optimization.
  • Experience using Swift and or Kotlin or bridging to native applications
  • Experience with Apple’s Metal Framework
  • Experience with other programming languages such as C++ or Python. 
  • Hands-on experience with scaling applications
  • Solid understanding of computer graphics principles and algorithms.
  • Understanding of security best practices in software development.
