Organization Analyst

Position Title:

ORGANIZATION ANALYST

Pay Range: $50-53K

Position Mission: Lead the Organization Development process within the local plant, ensuring the alignment with the guidelines defined by Headquarters. Prepare the documentation and drive the growth, renewal, standardization, and continuous improvement of the company's organization by developing solutions to positively impact organizational effectiveness and employee productivity, motivation and job satisfaction

Main Responsibilities:

• Deploy the requirements and standards for Organization Systems Development as defined by Eldor Headquarters
• Study and develop improvements to the efficiency of the work organization
• Train staff transferring the newly defined organizational solutions
• Audit internal processes and propose action plans in case of non-conformities found during the flow and activity analysis
• Prepare internal documentation, procedures and instructional documentation
• Support the Quality System to ensure that actual working activities are aligned with the related documentation and customer requirements
• Lead improvement action plans in case of process misalignments
• Support the standardization of the group best practices throughout the Eldor Group
• Share significant improvements or organizational changes and ‘Lessons Learned’ through Organizational Analysis with the Organization Systems Development Supervisor to be shared with the Eldor Group
• Support the implementation of improvement and development initiatives in assigned departments
• Other duties as assigned

Education required:

Bachelor’s degree and above in Business Administration or Engineering (preferred)

Experiences required:

• Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience in a related field: Business Administration, Human Resources, Organization Development, Change Management, Project Management. Combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience with large corporations and/or the automation field is preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects with demonstrated ability to define and meet deadlines
