Job Summary

Contract Administrator

  • Project Documentation
    • Organize and Maintain project documentation including contracts and subcontracts.
    • Assist Accountants Payable Manager in Securing subcontractor and vendor lien waivers for pay applications.
  • Communication
    • Act as the point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers
    • Facilitate communication between Project Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
    • Regularly report the documentation status to the management team
  • Document Management
    • Maintain organized records of all Subcontracts and Purchase Orders
    • Work Closely with Project Management to ensure Subcontracts and Purchase Orders are executed timely.

  • Must be willing and able to travel out of town, and/or out of state to work on job sites.
  • Must have good work ethics: Be on time, Work hard and Willing to learn.
