This position is Contingent upon Contract Award.

The position of Senior Data Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing a set of techniques or analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful
information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software.

  • Apply data mining, modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning to extract and analyze information from large structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Visualize, interpret, and report data findings and may create dynamic data reports.
  • Develop statistical analysis plans and data management procedures using relational database principles, protocols, and methodology.
  • Integrates and analyzes data from many sources, including resolving data problems.
  • Conducts complex and detailed quantitative statistical analyses using statistical analysis software, such as SAS, to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of programs and service delivery.
  • Performs quantitative statistical analyses using complex analytic methods, including multiple regression, general linear model, correlation, t-test, creating composite variables, and longitudinal analysis.
  • Performs qualitative statistical analysis of extensive written comments datasets to identify themes and draw validated conclusions.

Qualifications:

This position requires a Bachelor degree bachelor's degree in science, engineering, mathematics, computer science, economics, data analytics, or other related business or a related field with at least ten years of experience from an accredited university or college.
