Qualifications Required:


  • Master's degree or higher.
  • Any of the following valid licenses/certifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), Board Certified.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Overview:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within our school services, you will play a crucial role in administering assessments, developing reports, and training and supervising behavior technicians. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and teens with autism. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, with no weekend work required.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Administer various assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive reports including functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries.
  • Utilize behavioral skills training to educate direct care staff on necessary skills for the client's program and monitor progress regularly.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions.
  • Create individualized programming tailored to the needs of each client and their caregivers.

Schedule and Shift Details:


  • Work Monday to Friday, with no weekend shifts required.
