Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an Entry Level Marketing Associate to be a key member of our marketing and advertising department. This position starts at an entry level during training, which includes a comprehensive overview of basic marketing strategy, retail advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research. Upon successful completion of the program, you will advance to a team lead role in the marketing department, reporting directly to the Executive Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
  • Aid in customer acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Manage the needs of external customers effectively.
  • Develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Drive sales through retail promotional campaigns.
  • Build brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing.
  • Strategize, execute, and manage retail events with Brand Ambassador teams.
  • Interact and communicate with customers inside large retail stores.
  • Problem solve and make professional judgments on customer qualifications for in-store services (training provided).
  • Conduct lead generation and maintain/develop a client base for clients offering in-store services.
  • Assist marketing and advertising associates and senior staff with specific client-related projects.

Requirements:

  • Full-time availability, including some weekends for special events.
  • Ability to excel in unsupervised solo assignments and team projects.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced environment.
  • 2 or 4-year college degree in a related field.
  • Self-starter, creative thinker, problem solver.
