What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Evaluate residents' abilities to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Create and run therapy sessions to help people with physical, cognitive, or emotional challenges.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and the care team to set some awesome therapy goals.
  • Teach caregivers and staff how to integrate therapeutic activities into daily routines.
  • Keep track of residents' progress to ensure they’re getting the support they need.
  • Spread the love and embrace diversity—making everyone feel welcome.
  • Join forces with the team to improve therapy services and keep them as cool as they are
What You Bring:
  • A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • A license to practice Occupational Therapy in Ohio—this one’s a must
  • The ability to figure things out and stay focused on helping people.
  • A friendly, communicative personality—everyone should feel happy and included around you.
  • Experience working with older adults and those needing extra support is a bonus.
