Responsibilities of this role include but not limited to:

  • Walking grounds for maintenance items or removing debris
  • Moving out bins for trash/recycling pick up
  • Work order facilitation and scheduling
  • Checking pool water and chemical levels
  • Collecting laundry coin
  • Minor carpentry repairs ( paint, patching, door adjustments, etc.)
  • Checking water softener levels and filling as needed
  • Additional work orders as requested from board or manager

Requirements/Skills

  • Certified Pool Operator
  • Basic understanding of general maintenance
  • Must have attention to detail skills and excellent written communication skills
  • Able to handle multiple priorities and prioritize effectively
  • Flexible and skilled at working in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled at functioning independently
  • Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds
