Compensation:

Responsibilities:
  • Operate powder coating equipment to apply coatings to metal parts according to specifications.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met before packaging and shipping.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency in the powder coating process.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to prevent downtime.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to quality control and workplace safety.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in powder coating operations a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Adhere to safety protocols are crucial for success
