Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Rocky Mount, NC. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining financial records for our company. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $13 to $15 per hour, depending on experience.

• Strong multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable Experience
• Upbeat and friendly demeanor
• Punctual and reliable
• Willingness to go the extra mile with a smile for every customer
• Ability to utilize all available tools to provide accurate, valid, and complete information

Job Duties:

• Manage accounts receivable records and transactions
• Process and post customer payments
• Reconcile discrepancies in customer accounts
• Communicate with customers to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies
• Prepare and send invoices to customers
• Assist with collections and follow-up on overdue accounts
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Follow existing and new procedures as they arise
• Build relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
• Keep records of all customer interactions
