Liberty Medical Specialties, Inc. - a leading provider of durable medical equipment, supplies and services - is looking for a Goal-Oriented Manager Trainee in Whiteville, NC

The Manager Trainee is responsible for learning various tasks as it relates to claims processing, sales, and operations. Responsible for accomplishing daily tasks and goals as assigned by Management as appropriate within the Departments listed below. Manager Trainee will learn all aspects of the Company with the ultimate goal of training for a management position.

Duties of the Manager Trainee position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Be accountable to Billing & Collections Team for assistance in achieving set goals and objectives.
• Be accountable to Branch Manager for assistance in achieving set goals and objectives.
• Be accountable to Warehouse/Distribution Manager for assistance in achieving set goals and objectives.
• Be accountable to Facilities Division Manager for assistance in achieving set goals and objectives.
• Comply with HIPAA rules and regulations and company Policies & Procedures.

MUST HAVES for this position include:

• Valid Driver's License
• 2-Yr. College Degree with experience or Clinical credentials OR 5 years Industry Experience
• Pass Drug Test 
• Excellent Communication & Time Management Skills
• Proficient Computer Skills

*DESIRED EXPERIENCE for this position includes*:

• 4-Yr. College Degree preferred
• Previous employment in the Healthcare Industry
• Third Party Reimbursement
  *experience in these areas not required for the position but highly desired and will be given preference.*
