As a Client Advisor, you are representing the brand in the luxury market and lifestyle market, offering the highest level of customer service, maintaining the highest retail standards at all times. In order to achieve this you will work closely with your colleagues and follow company rules and process as directed by management.
As Client Advisor you will report to the Store Manager, or any other person as directed by Management.
Job Description
  • Greet customers appropriately at all times and remain visible and accessible.
  • Build up client book, maintain regular and appropriate contact with customers.
  • Always keep customer information up-dated.
  • Recommend, select and help locate merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
  • Answer questions about store and merchandise.
  • Always work in order to achieve daily/weekly/monthly/ seasonal targets set by management

Necessary skills
  • Develop and maintain at all times an excellent knowledge of current collections, styles, fabrics, fits, sizing and store stock and available stock at company level.
  • Maintain knowledge of all promotions and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain knowledge of policies regarding payment, exchanges and security practices.
  • Maintain knowledge of correct quality control procedure.
  • Package/wrap purchases or gifts to set standard.
  • Provide refreshments to all customers when visiting the shop.
  • Keep your manager and your colleagues informed of your activity in the store.
  • Follow and participate in training sessions and meetings.

General store duties
  • Ticket, arrange and display merchandise to promote sales as per directions given by the company.
  • Ensure all displays and stock on the floor is carefully maintained, steamed and replenished.
  • Ensure all stock in back office and stockroom is put away correctly and maintained to the correct standard.
  • Keep all working areas clean, safe and in order.
  • Monitor hold rail and make sure that all pieces on hold are followed up and dealt with accordingly.
  • Place special orders or alterations orders when required, following the correct procedure.
  • Watch for and recognize security risk and thefts and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
  • Participate and be involved into annual inventory as directed by management.
  • Participate and prepare the store for events and promotions as directed by management.
  • Participate and contribute actively to store meetings or company meetings of which you are invited to.
  • The company expects you will be presented at all times, clean and appropriately dressed, wearing uniform pieces that the company may provide from time to time in order to always promote the brand and inspire. We draw your attention to the fact that the company has no objection to the wearing of jewelry, but it should not cause danger nor be detrimental to your overall appearance and image. As a represented of the brand, jewelry and accessories need to be kept with the brand image and values.
  • It is paramount that whilst developing your personal skills and selling abilities you always work together with your colleagues in order to achieve the highest result and level of service for the store as a whole. Team work and mutual respect is extremely important.

Compensation and commission
  • Compensation: $18 to $24 per hour depending on experience
  • Commission earnings: $15,000 to $20,000 per annum.
  • Bonus for store achieving its monthly sales target: $500
